Complete, maintain, and monitor employee attendance and hours; submit when due to payroll.
Create employee requisitions. Interview, hire, and train employees.
Work with Directors to ensure accurate billing data for the area; including by not limited to:
Evaluating staffing in locations to assure all needs are met using funding levels provided by the State.
Ensuring daily attendance meets service authorization criteria.
Evaluate that all EVV checks in and outs are present.
Monitor monthly attendance for all services provided to ensure billing does not result in repayment to the State.
Empower direct reports to think outside the box while meeting new challenges.
Assure that Agency policies and procedures are adhered to including but not limited to: abuse and neglect, financial documentation, and human resources.
Check and respond to emails and voicemails within 24 hours of receiving them.
Contact Guardians and families at least one time a month, unless they specify different frequencies.
Visit each environment, assigned to team, a minimum of three times a month.
Complete all required documentation thoroughly and accurately within established timelines.
Approve or initiate maintenance and vehicle requests.
Check and submit employee mileage, strategizing efficient use of area vehicles.
Establish and maintain consistent lines of communication with all stakeholders.
Rotate on-call responsibilities with other team members.
Cover vacant shifts when needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent degree required.
RN or LPN Degree required.
One year of management experience in community-based services preferred.
Must possess and maintain a current, valid driver’s license, and pass a driving record check.
Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite and all Agency required systems.
Must be able to lift 70 pounds.
Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, walk, sit, stand, climb, push, carry, and grasp.
