Durham Staffing Solutions is Hiring a Regional Supervisor - Fatherhood Initiative Program Near Omaha, NE

Our client is seeking a Regional Supervisor to join their team. The selected individual will be responsible for providing coordination and supervision of all Fatherhood Initiative Program services from intake to discharge, ensuring compliance with all program site processes and procedures, as well as cultivating and maintaining relationships with local, state, and federal government representatives and various community organizations.   • In designated region, supervise the Fatherhood Initiative Program staff, monitor/update written project standards, service delivery and evaluation plans.
  • Support clients in a variety of community settings, to include client homes, prisons, and jails.
  • Provide direct supervision to Fatherhood Program case managers and employment specialists and monitor service delivery to ensure standards and best practices are met and provide feedback and direction on case staffing in group and individual meetings.
  • Ensure the implementation of multiple project activities for the Fatherhood Program.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement planning and duties for the program including standards, processes, and case file reviews.
  • Provide project status reports to Program Director and identified staff as requested.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships and work in collaboration with area community organizations and referral sources.
  • Conduct outreach activities to network with other organizations and gain client referrals.
  • Provide coaching, professional development, and educational planning for staff.
  • Prepare reports for funding sources as needed and grant reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate maintenance of participant file information to ensure all participant file information is up to date and meets continuous quality assurance standards of the agency.
  • Track program outcome statistics.
  • Other relevant duties as assigned.

  • Ability to provide accurate and timely documentation and use of data management system.
Education And Experience
  • Must be able to pass all necessary background checks and obtain clearance to work in jails and/or prisons to meet with clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Public Health, Criminal Justice, or related field is required. Masters preferred.
  • Previous experience in providing quality supervision, program coordination, case management or service delivery.
  • Knowledge of family relationships/systems, child welfare, and criminal justice required.
  • Previous experience and knowledge in report writing and knowledge of quality improvement processes desired.
  • Knowledge of program development and building relationships in the service community.
  • Demonstrated understanding of and ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds.
  • Valid Nebraska driver's license, proof of liability insurance and ability to drive for agency business-overnights possible.
