Options Execution Trader – Market Maker ~$2M

A leading market maker is seeking an experienced execution trader to enhance execution latency for options market-making strategies. This role involves close collaboration with trading and technology teams to optimize performance and improve market liquidity.

Responsibilities:

• Execute and optimize low latency trading strategies for options market making.
• Work closely with trading and technology teams to develop first-class execution, improve bid-ask spread and provide better market liquidity.
• Navigate and drive alignment on software versus hardware solutions.
• Enhance collaboration among teams, including operations, option pricing, exchange access, inventory, and risk management.

Requirements:

• Experience in low-latency market-making execution strategies
• Options/Derivatives trading experience (~8 years)
• Expertise in market microstructure and exchange messaging (market data & market access) on CME, Eurex, and/or SEC options exchanges.
• B.S. in STEM subject from a top-tier university (or related Engineering field)
