Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager at Dutch-Way Farm Market located in Myerstown, PA. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing staff, meeting sales and P&L goals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication with team members and customers.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in store management
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Goal oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the retail industry is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree is a plus
