JOB TITLE – Data Entry (5326)
LOCATION – Kansas City, KS
START DATE -- 06/17/2024
END DATE-- 08/30/2024
Specific Shift Start/End Times -- 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday. No weekends, no OT.
SHIFT -- 1st
CATEGORY -- Admin/Clerical

JOB DISCRIPTION
This position is currently listed for 60 days but may be extended, or hired FT, based on performance.
Job is 100% on site.
Duties:
Scan personnel files for uploading into HRIS system.
Employee will pull personnel file, remove W4, scan W4 in the computer and properly store/send the information.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of data entry experience in an office setting.
Must have experience with scanners, copiers, and printers.
Experience with confidential documents is preferred. Experience with other programs (Office, HRIS, etc.) preferred but not required.
Soft Skills:
Must be dependable, a self starter, and able to work on their own.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.74 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Scan personnel files for uploading into HRIS system: 3 years (Preferred)
- data entry experience in an office setting: 3 years (Preferred)
