RATE: $19.70- $22.70/hr. On W2

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Department of Transitional Assistance Program Integrity Unit is requesting five (5) temporary employees for clerical assistance in inventorying and boxing up documents.

1.Schedule: Monday thru Friday – 37.5 hours per week.

2.Hours: 8 AM to 4PM.

3.Must be able to lift 10-15 pounds and transport 10 feet by handcart.

4.Must be able to work on their feet for 7.5 hours each day.

5.Primary responsibility – removing file folders from shelves, inventorying the individual case file(using first, last name, AP_ID, and SSN) by writing information on an inventory sheet, and placing the case file into banker boxes.

6.Other responsibilities – walking in a 25-foot radius to retrieve other documents.

7.Will take direction from assigned supervisor of the project.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $21.00 - $22.70 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Experience:

• clerical assistance in inventorying and boxing up documents: 3 years (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Boston, MA (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Boston, MA: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
