Duvera's client, the largest commercial real estate law firm in Houston with over 35 years in the industry, provides a full complement of legal services to the real estate industry, including purchase and sale transactions, leasing, debt and equity financing, partnership and joint venture arrangements, development, affordable housing, commercial litigation, and land use law.
Seeking an attorney with at least 2 years' experience in commercial leasing who has a client-oriented mindset and enjoys working in a highly collaborative environment alongside a team of experienced attorneys. The position is open due to growth particularly in the leasing of big retail strip center developers, Class A office buildings and industrial properties located in Houston and the state of Texas. Will work on leases on behalf of landlord representatives as well as owners and developers.
Billable goal is only 1800 with a base plus competitive bonus package. It's a collaborative environment where you're encouraged to come into the office with flexibility.
