Duxbury Middle School is seeking exceptional candidates for the position of Instructional Assistant for our partnership and inclusion classrooms for the 2024-25 school year.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, Associates Degree considered with relevant experience
• Management skills that support students social emotional learning
• Experience meeting the needs of diverse learners
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required
