Our client seeks a compassionate and experienced Childcare Center Director to lead a dedicated team of educators to provide children with a nurturing and enriching environment.

As the Preschool Director, you will oversee the daily operations and administration of the preschool, ensuring that every child receives top-tier care and education. You will work closely with our tenured team of educators, fostering a positive and supportive working environment where everyone can thrive.

Compensation:

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), dental insurance, paid time off, and professional development assistance.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the daily operation of the preschool, working collaboratively with the principal and staff.- Develop policies and curricula that meet state requirements and align with our vision.- Maintain the facility to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for children.- Manage financial transactions, prepare budgets, and oversee fundraising events.- Coordinate staff training, including CPR and First Aid certification.- Oversee meal planning and preparation for the children.

Requirements:

- Degree in early childhood development or a related field.- Child Care Administrator License if applicable.- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Preschool Director and classroom experience.- Strong leadership and administrative skills.- Passion for teaching and a love for children.
