Responsibilities of Inside Sales Representative - Industrial Products include, but are not limited to:
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services
- Processing customer phone orders
- Facilitating shop repairs through job creation and parts/supplies ordering and tracking
- Assisting the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products
- Checking availability of stock and tracking order ship dates
- Quoting prices, filling orders to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer
- Organization and multi-tasking is required
- Strong customer focus, both internal and external customers
- Business software data entry skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 2 or more years of industrial experience
- Pumps, compressor, or rotating equipment experience desirable
- Should be enthusiastic and able to work independently
- Prior inside sales/customer service experience
- Ability to work in a flexible team environment
- Regular in-person attendance required
Working Conditions: Office setting, light warehouse and shop, occasional customer deliveries and visits
Shift Time/Overtime: Normal in-person business hours Monday-Friday, (8)am-(5)pm
Travel: Overnight only as required for training
Education: High School Diploma
