Responsibilities of Inside Sales Representative - Product include, but are not limited to :

  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services
  • Processing customer phone orders
  • Checking availability of stock and shipping dates
  • Quoting prices, filling orders to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer
  • Assisting the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products

Qualifications of the Inside Sales Representative - Product include, but are not limited to :

  • Prior inside sales / customer service experience
  • The ideal candidate would have preferably / but not required 2-3 years of some combination of the following knowledge : pump / motor / rotating equipment / industrial products sales
  • Efficient in Windows based programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Experience with SalesForce, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, SAP Ariba, and Citrix P21 would be a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Should be enthusiastic and able to work independently
  • Must have experience performing a majority of the functions
  • Willingness to learn and take directions when needed
  • Regular in-person attendance required

Additional Information : Pay Range : $45,000-$55,000 / year DOEPhysical Demand : must be physically able to lift a box up to 50LB from time to time.

Working Conditions : Office environment primarily.Training / Certifications : NAShift Time / Overtime : Normal in-person business hours Monday-Friday, 7am - 4pm.

This role does have the potential to work a hybrid in-office / remote weekly schedule but this wouldn’t take place until after 6-8 months of employment and is at the manager’s discretion.
