Physical Demand : Must be able to occasionally lift and / or move up to 20lbs. The Customer Service Representative will be required to : read;
communicate verbally and / or in written form; remember and analyze certain information; and remember and understand certain instructions or guidelines.
While performing the duties of this job, they may be required to stand, walk, and sit. Frequently required to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and to reach with hands and arms.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Working Conditions : The Customer Service Representative is in an office setting, working with internal and external customers.
Time is occasionally spent on the shop floor
Training / Certifications : Online vendor training provided
Shift Time / Overtime : 7 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm
Travel : Minimal travel between offices. Acceptable driving record required according to company guidelines
Education : Highschool / GED required. College degree desired, yet not required
