The roles:

• The Front Desk/Party Agent at Spy Ninjas HQ will be on the front line of the Spy Ninja HQ experience for all guests. All front desk/party agents should be outgoing, energetic, and safety conscious. The front desk/party agent will run the front desk and party areas to ensure all guests are given exceptional customer service. The front desk/party agent at Spy Ninjas HQ supports the front desk/party leads to meet all guests expectations. They are tasked with ensuring a birthday or party guest and their invited guests have a memorable, fun, and exciting experience.
• The Attraction Attendants at Spy Ninjas HQ are at the center of the action of our attractions. As an Attraction Agent, you are outgoing, safety-conscious, and know how to create FUN memories for our guests. The attraction agent is knowledgeable about all games and entertainment options and can make recommendations based on guests' interests and needs. The agent will monitor event activities and safety protocols. The attraction agent is also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in customer service.

Duties include:

• Welcome and engage with all guests while being an ambassador for Spy Ninjas HQ.
• Be aware of assigned front desk and attractions positions and their surroundings at all times.
• Safety-certified on multiple attractions.
• Assist guests using attractions and conduct inspections.
• Provide guests with a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Be able to respond to questions from guests about anything Spy Ninjas HQ-related: general company information, pricing, and attraction information.
• Resolve guest complaints and requests with the assistance of a lead.
• Conducts sales and recommends attractions and products based on guests needs.
• Provides timely and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating information as needed to guests, team members, and management.
• Assist in opening and closing park procedures.
• Act as a first responder to emergencies and respond appropriately.
• Attend regularly scheduled team member meetings and training sessions.
• Assist in restocking inventory on a daily and weekly basis.
• Properly positions and sets up displays to promote sales.
• Other duties as needed.

Our perfect candidate has:

• Have a high school diploma or GED
• Ability to multitask
• Must have excellent self-management and the ability to lead by example
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team structure, proficient in team building, and actively and energetically commit to be part of the solution
• For agent position, must have at least one year experience in a similar environment.
• 18 years of age or older
• Energetic personality, people-oriented, and a team player
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service to all guests
• Ability to speak in front of groups
• Organized and detail oriented
• Proficient computer, keyboarding, and tablet skills
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills
• Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends
• Have prior similar experience; amusement or hospitality experience a plus
• CPR and first aid certified, or willing to become certified
• Complete and pass a background check
• Must currently have a Sheriff’s card from Las Vegas Metro Police or be willing to obtain one upon hire.
• Must currently have a TAM card or be willing to obtain one upon hire.
