SUMMARY
Prepares and cooks required product for production and properly stores and secures all product and materials at end of shift.

EXPERIENCE:
LANGUAGE SKILLS Must be able to speak English and write English and effectively communicate with fellow employees, supervisors, and Quality Control.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Must be able to take measurements in weights. Must be able to work in fractions, and decimals (standard and metric).
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to observe ingredients being batched to determine if valves and meter are working correctly. Must be able to understand weights and measures and follow written instructions accurately. Ability needed to adhere to techniques and proper housekeeping.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Often wet and humid. May occasionally require early morning, late night, or weekend work.
