: Dynamic Access operates in 24 states and continues to grow rapidly. With over 300 employees, we are dedicated to providing mobile vascular access services to a wide variety of care settings and patient acuities.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Manager to process and manage our payroll operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and accounting principles, along with strong communication skills. This position does not have any direct reports, however they do manage the entire process of payroll from end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Payroll Management: Processes the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

2. System Administration: Manage payroll systems and software, including implementation, maintenance, and optimization to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

3. Compliance: Stay abreast of changes in payroll laws and regulations, ensuring company compliance and implementing necessary updates to policies and procedures.

4. Reporting: Prepare and analyze payroll reports for management, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

5. Audits and Reviews: Conduct regular audits and reviews of payroll data to identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and maintain data integrity.

6. Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors, such as tax authorities and payroll service providers, to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues as needed.

7. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, implementing solutions to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., PHR, etc) preferred.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management.

3. In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and accounting principles, with experience in multi-state payroll and international payroll a plus.

4. Proficiency in payroll software and systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP), with experience in system implementation and administration preferred.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make sound decisions.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

7. High level of integrity and confidentiality, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining data security.

8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing requirements and deadlines.
