The Client Accounting Intern is part of our billing team that is responsible for processing invoices, responding to invoice queries and managing billing corrections.

• Processing the company’s billing through a monthly cycle.
• Performing quality checks at every stage of the invoicing process.
• Reviewing signed proposals, purchase orders/change orders and contract budgets.
• Research and resolve invoice-related issues with clients.
• Communication with co-workers and branch/project managers.
• Multi-tasking to meet department deadlines
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Pursuing a degree in accounting or related field is preferred.
• Must be hard-working and well organized with a high level of attention to detail.
• Self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, multitasking, and judgment capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Professional.
• Ability and willingness to correspond with clients regarding invoice questions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and have great follow-up skills
• Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment.
