Job Title: Production Manager
Location: McCarran, NV 89437 USA Parkway

Reports to: Director of Operations
Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the manufacturing operations at Dynamic Isolation Systems. This role involves leading a team of production workers, ensuring efficient and timely production, maintaining high standards of quality, and implementing process improvements. The Manufacturing Manager will work closely with all departments - Production, Engineering, Quality Control, Accounting, Supply Chain, and Logistics - to achieve production goals and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Manager:
· Plan, organize, and supervise daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are achieved.
· Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet changing demands.
· Ensure the efficient use of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
· Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production efforts and resolve issues.
· Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production supervisors and operators.
· Foster a positive and productive work environment focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
· Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
· Maintain high product quality standards by implementing and enforcing quality control processes.
· Work with the Quality department to address non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions.
· Ensure that all production activities comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
· Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
· Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take action to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
· Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to ensure timely production.
· Coordinate with the Supply Chain and Logistics department to ensure timely materials delivery.
· Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to maintain quality and efficiency.
· Develop and manage the manufacturing budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
· Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures as needed.
· Provide regular reports on budget performance and variances.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Engineering, or Business Administration or experience in a related field.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing management.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent problem-solving abilities and a continuous improvement mindset.
· Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
· Proficiency in manufacturing software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Microsoft Office).
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in manufacturing.
· Experience with ISO 9001 2015 preferred.
Working Conditions:
· This position may require standing for extended periods, lifting heavy objects, and working in a noisy environment.
· Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, if necessary.
Salary Range: 75K to 85K Based on experience.
