Location: Onalaska, WI
Position: New!
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 pm - 6:00 am
Pay Rate: $27.00 – 32.00 per hour (dependent upon experience)

Day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Monitoring and measuring of conditions, analysis of trends and identification of maintenance needs
- Completing maintenance repairs to the highest level of safety and effectiveness while maximizing equipment availability and efficiency
- Continuously improving predictive and autonomous maintenance.
- Supporting and interacting with outside contractors to ensure adherence to scope and cost control
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic
- Experience with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), MMS (Maintenance Management Systems), Predictive & Preventative Maintenance Programs
- Strong safety knowledge with (LOTO) Lock Out Tag Out experience
- Experience managing vendors and spare parts program management
- Electrical and Mechanical trouble shooting and repair
- Experience working in a machine shop doing welding and maintenance planning/scheduling
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Experience with forklift repair and reading of blueprints and system schematics
- The ability to read and interpret equipment manuals & drawings for the purpose of troubleshooting
- The ability to work independently and maintain statistical and financial records
- Creation of maintenance procedures working well under pressure
- Completion and experience with OSHA Training
- Experience with conveyor/feeding systems
- Destructive shredder experience
- Experience with millwright rigging
