Warmly greet office guests, answer and direct phone calls, and assist internal & external customers with high-quality care, ensuring everyone feels welcome and supported.
Assist with streamlining operations, including updating Standard Operating Procedures, processing administrative projects in a service request system, and maintaining office supply inventories.
Create a hospitable environment by preparing coffee and snacks for the office and keeping a tidy entryway.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, training sessions, staff activities, travel plans, and other events, including setup and cleanup.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including logging incoming checks, post office drop-offs, and faxes, ensuring all correspondence is handled efficiently.
What You’ll Bring
HS Diploma or equivalent
Excellent time management and organizational skills
