Job Description:

As the Director of Nursing, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and elevating the standard of care provided to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to our nursing team to ensure exceptional care delivery.
  • Overseeing and coordinating the clinical operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and therapists, to develop comprehensive care plans for residents.
