Job Description

Provides general administrative support to a department.

Responsible for dispatching, Purchase Orders, Credit Card & Safety Reports General office duties as assigned.

Provides general administrative and clerical support including all routine correspondence, mailing, scanning, and copying and keeping filing systems.

Answers phone calls, dispatch service calls, and responds to inquiries.

Maintains office supplies for the department.

Processes payments requests, purchase orders and travel arrangements as needed.

Performs all other duties as assigned.
