Position Title: ERP Project Manager

Location: Springfield, IL 62706 Hybrid

Duration: 3 Years Initial with Possible 2 x 1 Year extension

Dynamic Interactive Business System Inc. is looking for two (2) ERP Project Managers for its Client in Springfield, IL. The goal is to obtain qualified project management resources to assist with the continued enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation of the Client’s ACTS/SAP/HCM application system. These roles will involve communication, requirements testing, and Client’s application of fixes.

The project management resources will be vital in resolving numerous IL ACTS/HCM/SAP complications and complexities that Client has experienced since the system's go-live.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience:
• Minimum 2 years in SAP ERP and Financial Management module.
• Minimum 2 years in State government budgetary process is a must. *
• Minimum 2 years consulting on software bugs and resolutions.
• Minimum 2 years troubleshooting and upgrading SAP software.
• Minimum 1 year with integrated procurement software systems.
• Minimum 1 year in SAP Human Capital Management module.
• Minimum 1 year using SAP for financial tracking and reporting.
• Minimum 1 year ensuring segregation of duties in SAP ERP.
• Minimum 1 year in planning, analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of IT solutions.
• Experience in financial/accounting/inventory-asset management in SAP.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and support for the Client’s ACTS/SAP/HCM project.
• Oversee business requirements analysis, data, and reporting needs.
• Manage interfaces with internal and external systems.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and system modifications rollout.
• Facilitate communications, data cleansing, mapping, requirements testing, and automated data extraction/loading.
• Develop and implement processes for tracking tasks and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze design documentation, propose alternative solutions, and monitor functional gaps.
• Validate business requirements, review process mapping, and propose improvements.
• Coordinate resource requirements and provide project status reports.
• Facilitate meetings, presentations, and training sessions.
• Ensure adequate change management for transitioning stakeholders to the desired state.

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Compensation package:

• 1099 contract
