Our firm is looking for an associate in our Boston office. About The Role

As an Associate , you will:

• Manage client relationships and handle client-facing work, ensuring the highest quality of service at all times.
• Engage in all aspects of litigation, including preparing pleadings, conducting discovery, participating in depositions, and appearing in court.
• Collaborate closely with partners and team members to develop strategic plans for litigation cases.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft compelling legal documents.

Requirements

• JD from an elite law school.
• Federal clerkship and "BigLaw" experience preferred.
• Admitted to and in good standing with the Bar in any one of our office locations (Boston, Miami, or New York).
• 2-5 years of substantial litigation experience (preferred), preferably in a law firm setting.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• A fierce commitment to our clients, with the capability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• An aggressive attitude in pursuing the best possible outcomes for our clients, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Comfortable in a start-up atmosphere.
