We are HIRING a Compliance Manager for Dynasplint Systems, Inc.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Manager to join our team. The Compliance Manager will play a critical role in ensuring that Dynasplint Systems proactively maintains compliance with all relevant statutes and medical regulations. This is a full time 40 hour work week position with a base salary between 65-90K (commensurate with experience) and benefits including a 401K Plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all relevant statutes and medical regulations
• Collaborate with various departments, particularly Sales, to ensure clarity and simplicity in operating within regulations
• Maintain a strong understanding of relevant regulations in the medical field
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare compliance is required
• Degrees in policy, health or related areas is required
• Additional professional certifications will be considered and encouraged when applicable; specifically CHAC Certified
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced

This is a hybrid position. Depending on the location of the candidate, they will be required to be in the office 1-2 days per week. Candidates out of state will be considered but will be required to come to the Corporate office in Severna Park, Maryland a minimum of 2 business days every 1-2 months.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
