In this role, you will be instrumental in elevating both our corporate marketing efforts and supporting our network of clients. You will create visually compelling designs that enhance our brand presence and effectively communicate our message across various media channels. Your responsibilities will include designing marketing collateral, social media graphics, website visuals, email templates, and presentation materials that align with our corporate branding and resonate with our target audience. Additionally, you will collaborate with our network of independent financial advisors to produce customized marketing assets and executions that help them build their unique brand identity and attract new clients. Your keen expertise in visual storytelling and brand consistency will be key to driving engagement and achieving marketing goals for both Dynasty Financial Partners and our valued clients.
Responsibilities

• Design Execution: Produce high-quality designs for various multi-media channels, including websites, video, landing pages, social media, email campaigns, print materials, presentations, and event collateral leveraging Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat). Must have working knowledge and the capabilities to design in Canva.
• Brand Development: Maintain and evolve the visual brand identity of Dynasty and our clients across all platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand guidelines.
• Creative Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative strategies and concepts for campaigns, product launches, and client communications.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to the company's branding guidelines, maintaining a consistent look and feel across all marketing materials and channels.
• Client Support: Develop customized marketing materials for clients, aligning with their brand identity and specific needs, and providing creative solutions to enhance their marketing efforts.
• Adaptation and Iteration: Revise and adapt designs based on feedback from stakeholders, testing and refining concepts to achieve the best results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, marketing, advertising or a related field.
• 5-8 years of professional graphic design experience at an in-house creative department or ad agency
• This role is an in-office position in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat), Canva, adobe express, and other relevant design programs
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, demonstrating creativity, technical proficiency, and attention to detail
• Experience using video editing platforms such as Premier, Rush, Canva, or online video tools, like InVideo
• Ability to generate innovative design concepts and bring them to life
• Experience in creating designs that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
• Ability to produce compelling visual content for various marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey design ideas and collaborate with team members and clients
• Extreme attention to detail
• Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate designs accordingly
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
• Ability to identify design challenges and provide creative solutions that meet project goals and client expectations
