Location: Remotely in MS, AL, and TN.***

Start date: September 23rd

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our client’s team as a Call Center Agent. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and assistance with their inquiries, concerns, or requests.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Answering inbound calls promptly and professionally
  • Providing accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and policies
  • Resolving customer complaints, issues, and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Escalating complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments or supervisors
  • Handling outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, or sales as required
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and call center scripts
  • Meeting or exceeding individual and team performance targets
  • Continuously enhancing product knowledge and staying updated on company offerings
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to improve overall customer satisfaction

What you need to have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
  • A minimum of 2 years of Call Center Experience
  • Quality and dependable high-speed internet
  • Experience troubleshooting (i.e. data or devices)
  • Willing to work every other Saturday
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with call center systems
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and a passion for helping others
  • Willingness to undergo training and development programs as needed
