Dynatect Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking an individual to be in our Technical Sales Development Program.

Program Outline

This rotational program is specifically designed to provide exposure to technical sales across a complex product portfolio, while fostering professional growth and development in the arena of sales and leadership. Over the course of the 3-year program, you will be working directly for the Services and Leadership team as they guide you in a series of hybrid-style training (1 on 1, virtual, and hands-on). Your training will focus on customer satisfaction opportunities from start to finish through the commercial services function within Dynatect.

Critical development skills will focus on product and application training, customer service, technical sales, quoting, and proprietary product knowledge. Upon successful completion of your training period, you will transition into an Inside Sales Technical Representative role for Dynatect.

To successfully complete the program, you will provide exceptional application and customer service for existing and prospective customers. You will also be prepared to assist in multiple sales functions, present job quotes and provide accurate pricing and inventory information to customers.
