Sample Input Specialist/Admin Assistant

All candidates must apply through the Indeed job posting and complete two assessments.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

• Open incoming sample boxes
• Input samples for testing
• Take pictures of incoming fire sprinkler samples
• Tape fire sprinkler threads with tape
• Assemble test kits
• Fill test kit orders

Qualifications:

• Microsoft Office programs including Outlook and Excel
• Database experience – Access database used
• Familiarity with ISO quality system helpful but not required

• Excellent communication skills required
• Careful attention to detail critical
• Time management critical
• Ability to put the customer first and be a team player
• Positive can-do attitude
• Ability to multi-task several projects
• Respectful communication with your co-workers, customers, and vendors

Schedule:

Monday – Thursday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Fridays 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
