Role:

• Provide network and desktop infrastructure technical support for a mid-sized client IT infrastructure
• Monitor and assist in coordination of the deployment of new WAN
• Document and communicate designs, status, issues & resolutions to supervisor
• Deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Drive to continually improve effectiveness, technical skills and vendor/industry knowledge

Candidate must have the following qualificiations:

• Must demonstrate “Willing to perform and deliver whatever it takes” attitude
• Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in deployment and maintenance of WAN network
• Experience in supporting server and desktop infrastructure solutions for mid-sized companies.
• Good understanding of Windows 2003 OS, AD, DHCP, DNS etc.
• Must be self-motivated and highly motivated to perform in fast paced environments
  LAN/WAN support, Windows XP and Windows 2003 setup and administration, Server and desktop deployments, TCP/IP

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Equivalent
