**Position Overview:**
Dyno Petro LLC is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential clients. This role is critical in helping Dyno Petro LLC achieve its sales targets and grow its customer base.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Generate and qualify new leads through outbound and inbound sales activities
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert them into sales opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation
- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and results
**Qualifications:**
- Recommended experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in the petroleum or energy sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
