- Establish KPI’s for the operations function
- Build and refine customer service function with a focus on speed and innovation
- Monitor and improve customer conversion rate, retention rate, and average ticket
- Collaborate with marketing and purchasing teams to refine menu offerings and promotions
- Select, train, mentor, and develop team members to build a cohesive and stable team
- Monitor and improve purchase rate
- 5 years of previous experience in relevant operations and/or customer service role
- Experience in a start-up environment
- Experience with eCommerce and/or logistics platforms like Dutchie and Blaze
- Industry experience in cannabis delivery or other app-based delivery to consumers; Medmen, Cura CS, Kush Bottles, Mammoth Distribution, Weedmaps, BudMan, Instacart, Uber Eats, goPuff, EatStreet
- Ability to work from our Irvine headquarters and travel to various locations throughout the region
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- the design, build and drive the car all at once
