• The Office Outpatient Billing and Scheduling Coordinator will work with an experienced team of professionals to assist with contacting patients, setting up appointments, gaining insurance approvals and submitting billing following treatment. This position is intended to initially fill a maternity leave for 3 months but long term we are looking for someone who can fit into this healthcare business and join the team permanently in a billing/scheduling and office coordination position.

• Located in Sarasota, FL, this position requires coming into the office/clinic a minimum of 3 days per week with 2 days per week spent visiting local physicians and nursing homes to establish patient relationships and/or assist the Speech Pathologist as needed.
• Reporting directly to the senior administrative team, once the maternity leave is over, this position will become an additional support to the most senior team.
