Asphalt Screed/Screw Operator

Purpose of Position: Responsible for operating the screed/screw on the asphalt paver.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating the screed on an asphalt paver

Requirements:

• Must have general knowledge of asphalt paving process and ground operations

• Must have knowledge of screed operations, fundamentals and automation

• Must have a minimum of OSHA 10 certification training, OSHA 30 certification training preferred

• Must have First Aid and CPR certification training

• Must have current valid driver’s license

Compensation:

Dependent on experience and qualifications. Future “Lead Man” and “Assistant Foreman” opportunities available with substantial pay increases to accommodate
