Qualifications:
- General liability/Commercial general liability
- Construction/ Motor Vehicle accident cases/ NY labor law
- Need to know: Sect 200, 241 focus NY labor law/construction/personal injury defense.
- Medical malpractice
- Nursing home defense/ defending long term HC providers.
- Claims Management & Coverage
- Personal Injury
- Arbitration & Litigation
- Defense Litigation
- Product Liability
- Lot of hands-on training/coaching if needed
- High expectations – needs people who are going to work hard and put in the effort/hours
- Must understand the court system and have court experience/depositions, etc. Will be in court 2-3x/week.
- Need someone independent- know how to bill, write motions, not a lot of hand holding, manage their way around litigation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $115,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
