Job Description:
Role: Project Accountant
Location: Purcellville, VA/Onsite
Job Type: Full-time/Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Responsibilities and Requirements:
· Project Accountant for a mid-sized electrical subcontractor. Responsibilities include A/R, A/P, PO's - AIA billing, job costing.
· 5 years of General accounting experience required with experience in Construction accounting a must.
· Sage/Timberline systems knowledge required.
· Experience in full-cycle accounting preferred.
· Technical skills: MS Office Suite - Word and Excel. Job cost accounting software.
· Candidate must be a self-starter and work well in an office environment.
· Experience: GAAP: 1 year (Preferred)
· License/Certification: CPA (Preferred)
