Job Description:

Role: Senior SAP S/4 HANA Security and Application Support Analyst

Location: Pasadena, TX

Job Type: Full-Time

BASIC FUNCTION

The Security and Application Support Analyst provides overall SAP support and interfaces between users, AMS, SAP, and third-party application providers to ensure system availability and effective user experience.

This position requires a broad understanding of the SAP S4 HANA landscape and serves as the backup for the Application Manager.

This position is responsible for the ongoing ‘SAP S/4 HANA Rise Private Edition’ implementation project and subsequent production support.

RESPONSIBILITIES –

Security Administration

o Support account creation and maintenance, role development, and authorization management in the SAP landscape

o Write functional specifications for security requirements, collaborating with IT functional and technical teams and the business.

o Supporting and performing SAP security support for upgrades, testing cycles, and new system go-live. o Performing daily monitoring and oversight to ensure security compliance and audit readiness.

o Monitor and secure the Prod Environment for Security violations.

o Maintain Security processes/procedures up to date.

o Create and Manage SAP Security transports.

o Maintain Role / Plant /Position matrix.

o Involvement in the build phase of SAP Application Security roles for future Deployments

o Ensure proper implementation of Company delegation of authority within SAP. - System troubleshooting

o Liaise between end users and AMS providers.

o Liaise between AMS provider and SAP.

o Liaise between SAP and third-party providers for interface support. - Ongoing production support

o Follow up on user tickets to ensure timely resolution and escalate issues as needed.

o Monitor AMS provider service levels and escalate issues as needed.

o Support SAP initial implementation, subsequent rollout projects, and maintenance activities across multiple functional and business areas.

o Participate in special projects related to SAP Application Security (Yr. end activities, System upgrades, etc.) when needed.

o Other related duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,782.03 - $105,000.00 per year
