Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of vaping and CBD products, excellent communication skills, and a friendly demeanor. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide expert knowledge on a variety of vape and CBD products, explaining features and benefits.
• Assist customers in finding the right products based on their preferences and needs.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including product displays and shelves.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and changes in regulations.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Follow store policies and procedures, including age verification for restricted products.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge and interest in vaping and CBD products preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in using a POS system.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changes in the industry.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
