About E.D. Supply/Consolidated Electrical Distributors:
CED is a nationwide distributor of electrical supplies for electricians and maintenance workers. We have over 700 locations and focus on serving our customers locally with a high level of service, integrity, and reliability. E.D. Supply is our division on the Eastern Shore. We have 5 locations on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Delaware.
Sales Trainee-
Learn the electrical distribution business from the ground up. We will spend 1.5 to 2 years training you, so you are equipped with everything you need to be successful.

This entry-level position in Sales allows the successful candidate to learn the electrical wholesale business through experiencing every aspect of one of our locations. This position has upward mobility and an opportunity to make a tangible impact on a growing business. During your training period, you will learn the skills needed to contribute to a growing business and take on increasing responsibility as part our sales team.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Inside Sales
Outside Sales
Customer Service
Developing Product Knowledge
Inventory Management
Process Improvement
Warehouse Operations
Purchasing
Digital Initiatives (Customer Portal Maintenance, Mobile App, etc.)
Qualities of a Successful Candidate:
Honesty and Integrity
Excellent communication skills (verbal/written)
Willingness to take on a variety of tasks
Entrepreneurial minded
Desire to grow sales and maximize profitability
Comfortable in a warehouse setting
Strong leadership
Typical Work Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
