Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the safety and structural integrity of our multi-family residential complex in Conyers, GA. If you are a hands-on problem solver committed to maintaining a secure and welcoming environment for our residents, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance tasks, including HVAC systems, electrical work, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Regularly inspect and maintain communal and private areas to ensure a safe and attractive environment.
• Respond to maintenance requests and execute repairs professionally and efficiently.
• Conduct regular property assessments to identify and address potential issues proactively.
• Collaborate with management and team members to enhance resident satisfaction.

Requirements:

• HVAC certification (required).
• Proven experience in residential or commercial property maintenance.
• Skilled in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is a plus.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
