What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of technical production / operations or technical maintenance experience, reflecting increasing levels of responsibility;
  • or Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration plus 2 years of technical production / operations or technical maintenance experience, reflecting increasing levels of responsibility;

or High School Diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 9 years of technical production / operations or technical maintenance experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.

  • 1 year direct Supervisory experience required.
  • Required to work an off shift (swing or graveyard) when scheduled, as needed.
  • Experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Experience effectively presenting information and responding to questions.
  • Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Required to work onsite, at assigned facilities, due to hands-on nature of the work and need for direct coordination with maintenance team.
  • Up to 25% travel required for this role, regularly to Fresno, Livingston, Central Coast, North Coast Wineries; occasional travel required to new acquisitions sites elsewhere, within the U.S.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and / or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation.

What Will Set You Apart

  • Master’s degree in engineering or business administration plus 4 years of technical production / operations or technical maintenance experience, in a manufacturing environment, reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Black Belt certification.
  • Experience applying LEAN methodology.
  • Demonstrates team building, leadership, and mentoring skills.
  • Experience working with Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and establishing sound maintenance procedures to assure equipment reliability.

Compensation :

  • Hiring Salary Range Posted : $81,000 - $121,600 / year
  • Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
