Responsibilities of the position include:

• Visits jobsites regularly to discuss progress with foreman and report needs and requirements to Sr. Operations Manager.
• Responsible for supporting, promoting, and enforcing all field training programs.
• Ensure that material and equipment are delivered to jobsites.
• Participate in determining labor costs to be used for bids.
• Participate in the goal-setting process.
• Monitor and control quality of workmanship in the field.
• Provide input to General Contractor’s production schedule as it relates to E&K’s scopes of work.
• Lead pre-job coordination meetings in the field and sequence of other trades’ scopes of work.
• Assist and develop field safety programs, to ensure the safety and protection of all employees.
• Attend and participate in all required training programs.
• Conform to all company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Ideal candidate will possess:

• 8 years of Construction Leadership experience, preferably with Drywall / Metal Stud Framing.
• Knowledge of general construction products and their installation.
• Knowledge of the construction industry and accompanying trades.
• Ability to read detailed (blueprint) plans and specifications.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and other operating systems.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred but not required.
• Salary Range (based on experience) $80,000 - $120,000.
