The Role
As a Financial planning & analysis analyst/ Management accountant at E&P, you will serve as a key member of the Group Finance team, focusing primarily on internal financial planning, analysis, accounting, and reporting functions. You will play a critical role in supporting the company's financial objectives and strategic initiatives through comprehensive financial planning, analysis, accounting expertise and board pack preparation. You will be a high achiever with 1-2 years of experience in professional or financial services, and currently studying or recently completed CA/CPA. Organisation and time management skills are a must. Our environment can be fast-paced, and we work with multiple stakeholders (including internal teams, executive management and board of directors) at any one time, so your ability to manage competing priorities is equally as important as your Accounting skills. We also use a variety of AP systems such as SAP, Sage Accpac, Concur etc. so experience with these is desirable. When it comes to our clients, our service standards are high, so you’ll be a natural when it comes to communication and building strong relationships.
