E-PLEX BP Afterschool and Academy is now seeking an exceptional individual to join our Buena Park location as an administrative assistant/staff member. This position will work closely with the directors and handle multiple tasks.

Job requirements:

• Experience in office administration preferred
• Management, organizational, and communication skills
• Multitasking and problem-solving abilities

Key skills:

• MS Office, social media
• Bilingual (Korean and English)

Job duties/responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Organize and maintain personnel records for teachers and staff members
• Tuition collection and record keeping
• Assist a director with the hiring process (job posting, scheduling interviews, etc.)
• Answer and direct phone calls, organize and schedule appointments/consults
• Communicate both verbally and in written form with teachers and staff members (email, phone, chat, text, etc.)
• Organize and order supplies for office, classes, etc.
• Prepare materials for classes, assist managing students’ attendance, reports, etc.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
