E-PLEX is an education complex with multiple different facilities. Our Diamond Bar branch includes afterschool, academy, art, music, science, and college counseling. Currently, we are looking for afterschool teachers who would like to work with students in 2nd or 3rd grade from 3 pm ~ to 6:30 pm.

RESPONSIBILITY

- Promote good study habits for the purpose of improving the quality of student learning outcomes and encouraging student development.

- Use positive behavior management skills to develop elementary school students.

- Assist students with their school homework

- Grade students' homework, and Genius packets, and make the correction

- Provide daily feedback on each student's academic performance.

- Communicate with parents regarding the student's academic developments

- All other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENT/ QUALIFICATION

- Must have Bachelor's degree or higher

- For After School Teachers, you must be available to work Monday - Friday 3:00 PM - 6:30 PM / or 1:00 PM - 6:30 PM (Students' Minimum day hours)

- At least 2 years of experience working with students in grade 2nd or 3rd.

-Able to supervise up to 15 students per classroom

-Able to supervise and implement E-PLEX programs with the philosophy of the educational system

-Able to maintain a positive environment while working with students and parents

-Able to attend meetings and training (paid training)

-Able to follow guidelines and safety regulations for E-PLEX policies

-Able to perform duties as assigned

- Able to commute to Diamond Bar

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
