E-solutions Inc is Hiring a Financial Analyst Near Schaumburg, IL
- Work with senior management on daily basis to develop and expand business opportunities and long-term strategic relationships. Review ongoing performance and enable course corrections.
- Work cross-functionally and partner with key stakeholders to develop an in-depth understanding of business drivers which enable robust challenge across the different lines of business and support business optimization.
- Lead the delivery of robust and ambitious annual financial plans and expense budgets for the business unit in order to drive continual performance improvements.
- Direct preparation and/or analysis of all business unit financial results
- Lead operating, strategic, and profitability reviews from the finance perspective on behalf of the business unit.
- Engage on expense management for the BU working with the Head of Finance and Executive team to generate and deliver both operational and strategic initiatives to ensure short- and long-term achievement of key expense targets.
- Candidate should have Insurance industry experience in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) roles performing financial planning (premiums), analysis and reporting to management.
