Job Summary:

Lead the early conceptual definition of the process analyzer scope for a Mega greenfield refining and petrochemical project, involving over 300 analyzers of approximately 20 different types.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the early conceptual definition of the process analyzer scope.
• Present and coordinate analyzer strategy and progress updates with the customer.
• Develop and implement analyzer program strategy through all stage gate phases.
• Direct activities requiring analyzer expertise.
• Manage third-party design engineering and construction contractors.
• Develop conceptual scopes, write specifications, and requirements for analyzer projects.
• Generate, review, and approve analyzer project packages.
• Execute and approve Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for analytical systems.
• Ensure designs meet engineering standards, industry guidelines, and corporate requirements.
• Identify and evaluate new analyzer technologies for suitability.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree.

Experience:

• 5 years in industrial analyzers.
• 5 years in instrumentation.
• Minimum 10 years of total experience.
• Experience in refining and petrochemical facilities.
• Experience with complex analyzers (e.g., Gas Chromatographs, CEMS) and related systems.
• Experience leading initiatives and managing suppliers.

Skills:

• Strong communication skills for customer presentations and relationship building.
• Proficiency with electrical schematic drawings, logic diagrams, and panel schedules.
• Expertise in developing specifications, system design, and analyzer selection.
