JOB DESCRIPTION:

E11EVEN Vodka is looking to recruit top talent for our Internship Program to join our mission of helping people be the best version of themselves, live their best lives, and bring the party home! The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is eager to learn in a team environment. Our program strives to grow our interns’ knowledge of the spirits industry and expand their networking opportunities. The Sales & Marketing Intern is responsible for providing support and assistance to the Sales and Marketing teams in all areas as needed. We are looking for an outspoken, driven, accountable, positive person, that is full of innovative ideas to join our winning culture.

PROGRAM DETAILS:

• Unpaid program; flexible hours to work with class schedule. We will reimburse for fuel expenses related to deliveries and E11EVEN Vodka specific events.
• Exposure to various business leaders and company initiatives.
• Training and development to build transferable business skills.
• Ability to get class credit for internship.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO :

GENERAL MARKETING TEAM SUPPORT:

• Assisting staff with all administrative needs including but not limited to pickup and packing and shipping of materials, and merchandise.
• Assist with monthly POS and Merch inventory tracking.

EVENT SUPPORT:

• Assist Event Activation Specialist in preparing for and executing branded events. Assisting with the execution of all sponsored promotions and events inclusive of some nights and weekends.
• Gathering POS items for event.
• Assisting in event set up and break down and possible support during event o Assisting in researching possible sponsorship and partnership opportunities.

CONTENT & SOCIAL MEDIA SUPPORT:

• Research social/marketing trends to suggest relevant posts/campaigns.
• Capture social media content at events and activations – on and off premise retail.
• Research potential influencers.
• Assemble influencer kits and packages – and assist with delivery when required.

RETAIL PROMOTION SUPPORT:

• Having good communication skills and an open mind to working and speaking with store owners, managers and sales reps to execute and merchandise all monthly chain program to-dos.
• Visiting accounts as a brand advocate to audit brand presence and deplete and sample product as necessary.
• Mystery shop retail tastings. Assist in putting together and shipping out retail sampling kits.
• Merchandise retail accounts with POS when needed.
• Establishing and maintaining great customer relationships by providing stellar customer service and staying consistent following up on commitments as well as calling on all accounts in assigned areas.
• Surveying assigned accounts and summarizing activity/findings; Checking that product is properly displayed during store surveys and making sure inventory is present and labeled properly at accounts.

PREFERRED MAJORS : Majors in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communication, Advertising, or Hospitality.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a team setting as well as independently with minimal supervision.
• Result oriented and attention to details.
• Ability to identify issues, analyze data, develop, recommend, and implement solutions.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS :

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree at an accredited institution (education will be verified).
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring a work visa.
• Must own a car and be willing to work in a hybrid setting from the office in Miami Beach, FL and other necessary locations.
