Support the Tritium Operation organization in the Project & Technical Support for all the Operating facilities at Savannah River Nuclear Solutions (SRNS) National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA)

• Support the Tritium Operation organization in the Project & Technical Support for all the Operating facilities at Savannah River Nuclear Solutions (SRNS) National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Operations.
• Provide technical assistance in developing, reviewing, approving, and presenting technical work documents for the safe operation of Tritium.
• Ensure that the developed technical documents comply with requirements and codes in the DOE Orders and applicable controls are implemented in field procedures.
• Conduct Technical Support assessments and maintain program manuals.

Education:

HS with 20 years experience, BS with 15 years experience or MS with 10 years of experience.

Experience/Skills:

• Candidate must demonstrate a minimum of 20 years of operation or maintenance experience in the Tritium Facilities (NNSA) or the commercial nuclear industry.
• Candidate preferably will have been certified/qualified in one of the Tritium Facilities as a FLM, Planner or SOM, previous experience with the use and implementation of Department of Energy (DOE) Order (O) 433.1B, Maintenance Management Program for DOE Nuclear Facilities, 1Y-8.20, 4B Manual, 2S Manual Conduct of Operation, and related directives and standards.
• Demonstrated proficiency in development, review and execution of Maintenance programs.
• Candidate must demonstrate personal accountability for facility/project schedules, deadlines, budgets, and the safe performance of work. Demonstrated previous Tritium experience is preferred..
• Alternate combination of experience/qualification & certification will be considered where candidate does not have a degree.

Area Security Access:

Candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q security clearance. An active DOE clearance is not initially required to perform assigned duties. After award, the selected candidate will be notified when to apply for a clearance based on specific work assignments. Candidates who have possessed an active DOE clearance (L or Q) within the past two years are preferred.
