Provide behavioral services to 6 males residing in a licensed group home in Avon Park FL and one in Hardee County Wauchulla FL. All persons are intellectually disable or autistic. Duties include:

• revising existing behavior plans as needed and review plans with state LRC.
• Training direct care staff on plan components and data collection.
• Creating monthly graphs for submission to the agency case managers.
• Creating quarterly reports and annual summaries of behaviors yearly.
• Record direct observation and interaction contact logs needed for billing compliance.

The home is consistently well staffed and well trained but will need behavioral or mental health oversight for compliance. This position offers benefits for part time work if the analyst is a W2 employee. 1099 and agency contract is available if requested.
