**Description**
E2open is seeking a Support Specialist to be based out of the Rogers, Arkansas Office or remotely out of the United States.
**Responsibilities**
* Developing an understanding of the use and best practices of all E2open software
* Solving operational issues and providing feedback for scalable solutions
* Monitoring data loads and other operational activities
* Responsible for the day to day file retrieval process via automated and manual processes
* Review and audit previously loaded data for issues and remediate
* Handling multiple support tickets in a quick and efficient manner
* All other tasks required in support of the software solution
**Desired Skills and Experience**
* High School Diploma and 2 years of technical experience
* Knowledge of Windows-based operating systems
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Outstanding customer service skills
**Pluses**
* Experience with Enterprise software deployment/configuration
* Basic understanding of SQL
* Experience with python is a big plus
